Le Chene is supporting a leading UAE-based real estate organisation in hiring a Senior Executive – Commercial Financeto join their Dubai team.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and commercial analysis, who enjoys working closely with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

What youll be involved in

• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Management reporting and KPI tracking
• Financial modelling and commercial insights
• Supporting finance systems and reporting tools

What were looking for

• 3–5 years experience in finance (real estate a plus)
• Degree in Accounting or Finance (CA / ACCA preferred)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
