Senior Executive – Commercial Finance | Emirati Nationals

Le Chene is supporting a leading UAE-based real estate and holding company in hiring a Senior Executive – Commercial Finance to join their Dubai team. This role is only open to Emirati nationals.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and commercial analysis, who enjoys working closely with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be involved in

• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Management reporting and KPI tracking
• Financial modelling and commercial insights
• Supporting finance systems and reporting tools

What we're looking for

• 3 to 5 years experience in finance (real estate a plus)
• Degree in Accounting or Finance (CA / ACCA preferred)
