Senior Executive, Cost & Contract

Job Summary K2 APAC technical and delivery team urgently needs a Senior Executive with experience in cost control for our data centre projects coming up in the APAC region. Key Responsibilities As a Senior Executive, Cost & Contract, your role will assist the Cost & Control, Senior Manager on the following: Ensure effectiveness and consistency in application of internal policies and procedures for construction contracts and consultancy service agreements. Support and advise project team on contract matters, procurement strategy and tendering procedures. Engage and liaise with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers including managing a registry of these approved external providers. Advise project team on construction costs, tender indices, market trends, benchmarking, value engineering and construction related cost risks. Maintain development cost database and provide regular cost reports. Using financial indicators, trends and models, identify opportunities for cost savings. ...
