SENIOR EXECUTIVE, DATA PROTECTION & COMPLIANCE

Provide legal support and ensuring organization operates full adherence to all relevant law, internal policies and regulatory requirement to mitigate legal and compliance risks

Provide timely and practical legal advice to internal stakeholders and business units on day-to-day compliance matters in operation.

Conduct comprehensive legal research on new and existing legislation, regulations and case law relevant to the business operation as and when required by superior or Chief Legal & Compliance Officer (CLO).

Ensure all legal and compliance tasks are executed in accordance with applicable laws, regulatory standards, and company policies.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to promote a strong compliance culture across the organization.

Any other duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned by superior or Chief Legal & Compliance Officer (CLO)
