Job Description

Responsibilities
Lead and oversee 3D structural design and analysis using advanced engineering software.
Review, endorse, and provide technical guidance on structural designs to ensure compliance with statutory standards, regulations, and relevant Codes of Practice.
Manage and coordinate all structural engineering activities across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and technical excellence.
Act as the key liaison among project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, design teams, site teams, and contractors.
Provide technical leadership during design development, value engineering, constructability reviews, and problem‑solving at various project stages.
Supervise and mentor junior engineers, providing professional guidance and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
Lead coordination efforts with contractors and multidisciplinary project teams to resolve design and site issues efficiently.
