Senior Executive / Executive Commercial (Estimating)

Position Summary

Support the Commercial team in preparing and submitting quotations for ship repair, conversion, and retrofit projects. Coordinate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and accurate proposal submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate vessel repair and docking specifications.

• Prepare and submit detailed quotations based on manhours, materials, and subcontractor costs.

• Liaise with production teams, vendors, and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing.

• Attend vessel inspections when required.

• Follow up with clients on proposal status and provide commercial support.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Offshore Engineering, or related field.
