Senior Executive/ Executive Engineering Store

Job Summary:
The incumbent is required to supervise the warehouse operations of Engineering store of S-29 Facility, having basic understanding of handling/storage of engineering spares & consumable items & their inventory management protocols that are being followed in Pharmaceutical Industry as well. He should have hand on experience of warehouse operations & can supervise the team along with individual task compilation.
Job Responsibilities:
Stake holder management at his level & coordination with Procurement, Engineering & Store teams accordingly.
Receiving of Engineering spare items, and GRN of received materials.
Issuance of engineering items as per work order notification & inventory reconciliation of ERSA, UNBW and store's consumables.
Cycle count of the existing inventory on annual or need basis.
Responsible to coordinate with Procurement & other stake holders for timely receiving of items in the store.
