What you'll be doing

1. Generate marketing resources and run campaigns to assist work of sales and marketing teams.
2. Identify target audiences and potential sales leads through marketing campaigns.
3. Facilitating brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate innovative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
4. Effectively engage, communicate and influence other critical functions (Sales, NPD, Supply Chain/Operations and Finance) to ensure alignment and flawless execution of all identified opportunities.
5. Ensure that SimplySiti product remains competitive within the market.
6. ATL & BTL management.
7. Demonstrate outcomes of marketing efforts through metrics and deliverables.
8. Oversee all offline campaigns and be responsible for quarterly and yearly sales targets and business objectives.
