KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process and verify staffs claim with accuracy before handover to account department to make payments.
• Verify invoices from clients, manage financial documents such as cost tracking of progress of projects and assist management analysis of cost of the projects before project execution.
• Assist in preparing proposals, tenders, and business presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information for proposals and projects.
• Maintain client records, tender trackers, and documentation.
• Provide administrative and ad-hoc support to Finance and Business Development teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in finance, business development, or project support roles.
