Senior Executive - Fixed Asset

Job Responsibilities:

Some of the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain and reconcile GL accounts related to Fixed Assets, including CWIP, depreciation, asset clearing, write-offs, disposals, and gain/loss.
• Record monthly depreciation as per budget and company policy.
• Maintain accurate fixed asset registers, covering additions, disposals, and transfers.
• Track and monitor fixed assets (machinery, equipment, furniture) and support physical verification.
• Maintain CWIP accounting and schedules and support timely capitalization.
• Maintain and reconcile GL and AP subsidiary ledgers related to fixed assets.
• Coordinate with departments on asset maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare fixed asset reports and support audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
