Senior Executive, Fraud Prevention

The Senior Executive, Fraud Operations is responsible for executing and enhancing fraud detection, prevention, and investigation activities within the e-money ecosystem. The role supports the company's mission to safeguard users, transactions, and merchant activities from fraud risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining customer trust.

• Monitor transactional activities across e-wallet, payment gateway, and merchant platforms to identify and investigate suspicious or anomalous behaviour.
• Execute fraud detection processes using in-house and third-party tools (e.g., AI-driven risk engines, rule-based monitoring systems).
