Senior Executive-GP Network Liaison

· Strong passion in business development.

· Promote Hospital services and facilities and introduce Hospital's consultants/doctors, to achieve set KPI ie growth of GP referrals.

· Propose plan to work with external partners to organize physical events eg GP symposium/ GP coffee chat etc.

· Expand Beacon Healthcare Affiliate Network (BHAN) database by making quality visit to GPs every month with the objective of getting more members.

· Gather and exchange feedbacks between GPs and internal stakeholder, for better service improvement.

· Resolve issues, complaints and enquiries promptly and effectively. Good sense of urgency & initiatives to follow-up with GPs.

· Coordinate between stakeholders to ensure a smooth referral process between GP and Hospital.

· Plan, organize and moderate Webinar with doctor Continuous Medical Education (CME) at least once a month in a professional manner.
