Senior Executive Handover and DLP

We are looking to hire a Senior Executive – Handover & DLP (MEP) who will be responsible for managing Defects Liability Period (DLP) activities, handover coordination, defect rectification follow-up, contractor management, and stakeholder engagement for our client based in Dubai – which is one of the largest companies in the region.

This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable.

The role sits within the Handover & DLP Management Department and reports directly to the Assistant Manager – Handover & DLP Management.

We are looking for a passionate Senior Executive – Handover & DLP (MEP) who is committed to ensuring the successful handover of assets and effective management of post-handover defects across residential and mixed‑use developments.
