Senior Executive - Health, Safety, Environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Support development and implementation of HSE systems, SOPs, policies, and compliance frameworks across plant operations.
• Ensure adherence to statutory safety, environmental, labor, mining, and industrial regulations.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification activities.
• Drive safety initiatives including trainings, toolbox talks, mock drills, PPE compliance, and awareness programs.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe practices with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain HSE documentation, compliance records, audit reports, permits, and MIS dashboards.
• Coordinate with plant, engineering, HR, and external authorities to strengthen safety culture and operational compliance.
• Support environmental sustainability initiatives, waste management, and continuous improvement in HSE practices.
