We're hiring a Senior HR Executive to lead and strengthen our people function as the organization scales. This role goes beyond routine HR work — it requires someone who can build teams, identify gaps, and design practical HR solutions that support growth across multiple departments.

You'll work closely with leadership to ensure the right people are hired on time, teams are structured properly, and HR systems evolve with the business.

What you'll do:

Lead end-to-end HR operations including payroll, recruitment, performance management, and organizational design.

Drive hiring across key departments including Accounts & Finance, Marketing, IT/AI, and Operations Management.

Identify skill gaps, workload issues, and structural weaknesses across departments.
