Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager HR, based in Lahore. The Assistant Manager HR will play integral part in recruitment, onboarding, and training processes. The role includes managing HR policies, developing employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations. The candidate will also collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs, handle performance evaluations, and contribute to workforce planning and development.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven expertise in recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and employee relations management
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and employee engagement programs
