We're thrilled to be hiring a SENIOR EXECUTIVE – HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMINISTRATION at He or she will responsible for supporting the HR department in various functions within WCT Malls, including employee relations, talent management, performance management and HR operations.

Work closely with employees and management to provide guidance, support and solutions to HR-related issues while ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.

Your Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances. Facilitate discussions and negotiations to find mutually acceptable solutions when conflicts or disputes between employees or between employees and management.

Talent Management:

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process by participating in interviews, reviewing resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess candidates for skills, qualifications...
