Senior Executive, Industrial Relations

JOB PURPOSE

To plan, develop and execute overall Industrial Relations (IR) matters that encompass employees from all branches.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• To Plan, implement and continuously enhance the Group's Industrial Relations (IR) framework to ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, company policies and best industrial practices.
• To Identify, assess and mitigate IR risks, including potential disputes, misconduct trends and regulatory non-compliance.
• To plan and execute information sharing sessions to remind/refresh the Codes of Conduct and company's policies on disciplinary matters.
• To review, recommend and update Codes of Conduct, disciplinary policies and IR-related SOPs in line with legislative amendments and organisational requirements.
• To attend, lead and liaise with employees related to grievances on work related issues within the scope of employment terms and conditions.
