We‘re looking for someone who knows this space inside out — not just gifting and seeding, but building a full-funnel influencer engine that drives measurable business outcomes.

What you‘ll own

• Build and manage an influencer roster across nano, micro, and macro tiers — Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms relevant to haircare and skincare.
• Own end-to-end execution: outreach, negotiation, briefing, content review, and performance tracking for paid collaborations.
