Job Description

As a Senior Executive, Inventory Planning, you will play a key role in ensuring optimal stock availability across the company’s D2C and e-commerce portfolio. You will be responsible for demand forecasting, inventory planning, and performance tracking to balance service level, inventory holding, and business growth objectives. This role requires strong analytical capability, cross-functional coordination, and proactive monitoring of OOS and dead stock risks.


What You’ll Do


Demand Forecasting & Planning:

  • Own weekly and monthly demand forecast across all brands under the D2C and e-commerce channels

  • Review historical sales, campaign plans, seasonality, and market trends to generate accurate forecasts

  • Adjust forecast assumptions based on promotions, new product launches, and marketing activities

  • Monitor forecast accuracy and analyze variance between forecast and actual sales
