About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on IR & ER specialist to manage disciplinary matters, Domestic Inquiries (DI), and Industrial Relations cases. This role is critical in ensuring fair process, legal compliance, and IR risk control, while supporting early employee relations intervention to prevent disputes from escalating.
This is not a HR Generalist role and requires hands-on IR and disciplinary experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end disciplinary processes, including show cause, warning, suspension, and termination documentation .
• Act as DI Prosecutor, handling charge framing, evidence preparation, and DI proceedings.
• Handle employee grievances, counselling, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
• Represent and coordinate cases with Industrial Relations Department and Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK).
