·       Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers

·       Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data in software or in soft copy and properly maintain it filling system

·       Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development

·       In coordination with the Factory for goods receipt and provide all documents to them as per SOP

·       If found any problem with goods quality or quantity immediately inform to supplier and solve it and as decided

·       Keep in touch with the Design department to finalize the artwork for the product and if any queries, solve them by coordinating with the design department and supplier.

·       Keep in touch with vendor and warehouse (SZW) to maintain the inventory stock

·       Keep in touch with the parts department for their demand and fulfill them as decided by management
