Senior Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Leasing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing retail lot management, tenant relationships, and ensuring the overall smooth operation of leasing activities within our shopping center.

Key Responsibilities:

• To keep track of existing agreement and to renew or replace the retail lots, kiosks and push cart.
• Conduct regular tenants search for the compilation of potential tenant database.
• To conduct market research on current shopping centre trend in the market and always keep abreast with the latest retail development and shopping centre trend.
• To prepare and maintain leasing budget and relevant KPI for management review.
• To support the Leasing Group in achieving the KPI i.e. occupancy rate, rental income from kiosk and push carts.
• To handle pre-tenancy and post-tenancy matters such as issuance of Letter of Offer, Tenancy Agreement...
