VACANT POSITION : SENIOR EXECUTIVE - LEASING

Position Summary

• Tenant Acquisition- Attend to enquiries of prospective tenants and Real Estate Agents, conduct viewings and convert marketing leads to tenancy; and negotiate commercial terms to convert into leasing to meet the annual leasing targets.

• Tenant Retention- Manage tenancy renewals and negotiate new renewal commercial terms.

• Leasing Marketing- Support and work closely with the Marketing Unit on tenant acquisition and tenant retention activities.

Key Areas of Responsibility

1) Tenant Acquisition

• Attend to leasing enquiries, viewings and discussions with prospective tenants and Real Estate Agents to secure new tenancies and tenancy renewals.
• Identify and approach potential tenant, Real Estate Agents and business partners to generate leasing leads.
