OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Responsible for ensuring that the quality and standards of facility operations, maintenance, and services meet or exceed organizational goals and customer expectations. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing maintenance and safety, ensuring compliance with procedures, and improving the efficiency and quality of facility-related processes.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES

1. Quality control:
   Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure facility services and operations are efficient, effective, and meet high standards.
2. Ensuring Consistent Service Delivery:
   Ensures that all services—from maintenance and cleaning to security and catering—meet predefined key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer service standards.
