Job Purpose

Maintain healthy occupancy of the mall including pushcarts, tunnel link lots and kiosks to generate rental income and maintain good relationship with tenant/retailers in order to achieve goals set.

Key Responsibilities

• Tenant Sourcing & Acquisition: Identify and attract potential tenants through marketing, networking, and cold calling to meet leasing goals (including pushcarts & kiosks).
• Lease Negotiation: Discuss and agree on rental rates, terms, and conditions with prospective tenants.
• Documentation: Prepare, manage and coordinate all leasing documents, including tenancy agreements, renewals, and terminations.
• Tenant Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact, managing onboarding, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships.
• Market Research: Stay updated on retail trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
