Job Description
Leasing Management:
Market and promote available properties to attract potential tenants.
Conduct property tours and respond to inquiries from prospective tenants.
Screen prospective tenants to ensure they meet lease requirements.
Lease Negotiation and Documentation:
Negotiate lease terms and conditions, including rental rates, lease duration, and other provisions.
Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
Facilitate the signing of lease documents and maintain lease records.
Tenant Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant-related issues, including lease renewals and disputes.
Coordinate tenant move-in and move-out processes, including property inspections.
Assist with tenant retention efforts by ensuring a positive leasing experience.
