Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and replenish according to lead time, and usage trends.
• Expedite deliveries from suppliers to mitigate stockouts and manage storage space constraints.
• Attend to stockout items ; coordinate with buyers to source ex-stock quantities and short-term measures.
• Run monthly forecasting and ageing analysis in SAP ; propose drawdown/disposal plans for excess/obsolete (E&O) stock.
• Maintain critical spares lists tied to maintenance plans and fleet availability targets.

2) Procurement Coordination & Sourcing

• Coordinate with Procurement on weekly cadences to review priorities, shortages, and delivery risks.
