Strategic & Management

• Vigilance fraudulent claims
• Maintain consistency and assessment quality of adjuster report to minimize leakage, cost and supplementary with prompt and fast one-time settlement approval to repairer
• Support Planning, develop, and support on Digital transformation and other on-the go management project
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations and best practices related to motor insurance claims

Business Operations

• Conduct on-site and off-site inspection of damaged vehicles to assess the extent of loss of damage
• Ensure operational excellence in policy administration-related areas
• Ensure effective and efficient administration of day-to-day business operations in line with SOP across all support functions
