Senior Executive, Marketing Communications (Revenue)

The Role

As the Mall Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue from the sales of atrium spaces, pushcarts, advertising spaces, rides and licenses in the mall to reach and exceed budgeted annual targets for the different properties.

Job Responsibilities

• Research and develop a list of potential exhibitors/vendors/tenant for each location that is in line with guidelines and the mall’s image and branding.
• Track the space booking schedules and exhibitors to ensure maximum occupancy and revenue.
• Lead negotiations and manage key exhibitors/events.
• Meet with event organizers, government agencies, etc., to coordinate large‑scale events utilizing multiple spaces and promotional platforms in the mall to achieve revenue and footfall targets.
