Responsibilities

1. Hands-On Visual Design & Creative Production
   • Design & Execute: Take full ownership of the visual identity for all concession products, including digital menu boards, promotional posters, product packaging, and social media assets.
   • Product Photography & Styling: Oversee or execute the visual styling of new F&B menu items to maximize appetite appeal across all marketing collateral.
   • Merchandise Creative: Design localized marketing materials for blockbuster-themed merchandise, ensuring alignment with international studio guidelines while appealing to the local market.
2. Strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) Leadership
   • Lead the end-to-end GTM process for new concession launches, coordinating between Procurement, Operations, and Cinema sites to ensure a flawless rollout.
   • Develop comprehensive marketing toolkits that empower ground staff to promote products effectively.
