You have a knack for sniffing out story angles that will get the attention of mainstream media and enjoy seeing through the entire process of garnering media stories - from researching and identifying story angles, to pitching stories, to arranging interviews, to monitoring and analysing media coverage.
Key responsibilities: Frame messages Understand how to craft messages for different target audiences. Evaluate effectiveness of messaging efforts through research insights.
Plan and manage media publicity to secure impactful media stories Identify and build a bank of potential news stories that amplify the agency's narrative and programmes. Identify relevant channels, story types, appropriate spokespersons, pitching strategy to secure media stories. Collaborate with partner agencies where applicable...
