This role supports the business by providing ongoing assurance that sales representatives maintain the required standards of knowledge, conduct, and performance after initial certification. The role involves working closely with the sales representative and relevant departments to support and develop the company’s competency standards,

Support the Team Lead in planning and implementing the T&C workplan.
Handle regulatory inspections and audit queries, including tracking and closure of remediation actions.
