Senior Executive, Monitoring & Surveillance

The Monitoring & Surveillance unit under Training & Competency (T&C) is responsible for ensuring that insurance sales and advisory activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and quality standards. This role supports the business by providing ongoing assurance that sales representatives maintain the required standards of knowledge, conduct, and performance after initial certification. **Position** **Responsibilities:**

**1. T&C Governance & Regulatory Support**

+ Support the Team Lead in planning and implementing the T&C workplan.
+ Handle regulatory inspections and audit queries, including tracking and closure of remediation actions.
+ Conduct annual reviews of T&C policies, manuals, and internal SOPs in line with regulatory and industry developments.
