Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports Analyze data using Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) Ensure data accuracy and proper data management Clean, organize, and validate large datasets Share clear and structured reports with management Identify trends, gaps, and key insights Coordinate with teams for data collection Follow up with sales engineers and plants for data Meet reporting timelines and deadlines Maintain confidentiality of data Requirements Strong MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) Good data management & accuracy Experience in MIS/reporting role Good communication skills Ability to handle large datasets Attention to detail Basic business/sales understanding Ability to meet deadlines Graduate (preferred)
