Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Executive to oversee both facilities operations and new warehouse development projects. This role plays a key part in managing the full asset lifecycle — from construction and procurement to operational optimisation and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse development projects, including SOW preparation, tender evaluation, contractor selection and project execution
• Oversee facilities management operations, ensuring compliance with statutory and safety requirements
• Manage M&E systems, preventive maintenance programmes, and vendor performance
• Develop and review procurement proposals and technical specifications
• Drive digitalisation initiatives to enhance facilities efficiency and reporting
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities
