Responsibilities

1. Lead and coordinate hospital operational projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
2. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to hospital standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure project alignment with operational needs.
4. Work closely with the biomedical team to ensure timely maintenance, calibration, and servicing of medical equipment.
5. Monitor equipment downtime, preventive maintenance schedules, and vendor performance.
6. Support procurement and replacement planning for medical devices.
7. Oversee external service providers including housekeeping, pest control, linen/laundry services, and clinical/non-clinical waste management.
