Senior Executive Payroll - Finance

Job Responsibilities

• Review and verify payroll components including advances, overtime, loans, new hires, promotions, and all applicable deductions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Process monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
• Reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts and ensure proper accounting entries.
• Verify and process incentive payments, final settlements, and gratuity calculations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory payroll regulations.
• Prepare payroll reports, summaries, and supporting documentation for management review.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries.
• Handle payroll-related tasks and assignments as directed by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/master's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in payroll
