Senior Executive, Payroll

About the role

This is a 6-month contract role for a Senior Executive, Payroll to join the team at AEON Credit Service (M) Bhd in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. You will be responsible for managing the payroll function and ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for the company.

What you'll be doing

1. Process and maintain monthly payroll for all employees
2. Calculate and process employee salaries, wages, deductions, and benefits
3. Ensure accurate and timely submission of statutory payments and reports
4. Manage payroll records and documentation
5. Provide support and advice to employees on payroll-related matters
6. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems and processes
7. Collaborate with the HR team on payroll-related projects and initiatives
