Senior Executive, People & Culture (HR)

Collaborate with the Organisational Development unit to develop, manage, and drive the annual Employee Engagement Calendar, integrating a values‑driven culture aligned with SVH’s core values and strategic priorities.

Lead and manage engagement surveys (pulse, annual, lifecycle), analyze feedback trends, extract actionable insights, and drive groupwide action planning in collaboration with senior leaders.

Gather and synthesise insights from various channels including surveys, focus groups, onboarding feedback, exit interviews, employee feedback tools, and informal feedback loops.

Translate feedback and data into actionable strategies that connect insights with real employee experiences to strengthen engagement, cultural alignment, and employee experience.

Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of frameworks that guide onboarding, employee relations, and cultural integration across the employee lifecycle.
