In this fast-paced role, you will be crucial in supporting the Pick-up Business Lead on project execution, daily operations, and performance management. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure the success and efficiency of our Pick-Up service.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage daily operation tasks, including report creation, incentive changes, and terminations, with accuracy and efficiency.
Liaise with internal teams to drive process improvements and resolve ad-hoc issues.
Educate and support internal teams on foodpanda's Pick-Up processes and protocols.
