will support the planning and early-stage development of property projects, focusing primarily on landed residential and mixed-use developments. The role involves assisting with land feasibility studies, concept planning, statutory submissions, and coordination with internal teams and external consultants to ensure projects are commercially viable and compliant with regulations

Key Responsibilities

1. Land & Feasibility Support

• Assist in identifying and evaluating potential land parcels for development.
• Support market research, feasibility studies, and financial analysis for residential and mixed-use projects.
• Prepare supporting materials for investment proposals and development justifications.

2. Planning & Design Coordination

• Assist in concept design and master planning for landed housing and related developments.
