WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION: ● Supplier Performance & Compliance: Manage day-to-day supplier performance and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions. ● Relationship Management: Build and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and internal business units to facilitate smooth procurement processes. ● Purchase Order Management: Efficiently manage Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. ● Negotiation: Conduct negotiations for ad-hoc contracts and smaller-scale procurement requirements. ● Problem Solving & Support: Actively identify challenges and propose solutions to optimize procurement activities, providing value-add support to the Procurement Manager. ● Stakeholder Communication: Communicate proactively and clearly with internal stakeholders regarding their procurement needs and status updates. ● Process Improvement Support: Assist in the implementation and adhere...
