Senior Executive Production

Job Summary:
The incumbent will be responsible for managing production operations of Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) forms, ensuring adherence to cGMP, safety, environmental, quality, and productivity standards. The role includes supervision of shop floor activities, documentation oversight, implementation of improvement initiatives, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of manufacturing plans.
Job responsibility:
The incumbent of this role will be responsible to:
Monitor and control floor activities in line with approved procedures and regulatory requirements
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Verify batch manufacturing records, changeover documentation, and process-related reports
Assist in qualification, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and product technology transfer activities
