Senior Executive, Project Development

Job Description:

• To conduct project feasibility assessments, including cost-benefit analyses and risk evaluation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to validate assumptions in project cost, revenue, and timeline forecasts.
• Assist in the preparation of project development proposals and board papers.
• Track project budgets versus approved estimates and highlight any deviations or overruns.
• Coordinate with project teams to track progress against milestones and master schedules.
• Prepare project dashboards and performance reports for management, highlighting key risks and intervention needs.
• Support the preparation and monitoring of project cash flow projections and funding schedules.
• Liaise with the Finance Department to ensure sufficient funding is in place for ongoing and upcoming project.
• Monitor compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (e.g., building permits, CCC, APDL, EIA).
