About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Executive QAQC to join our team at CASTMAX (M) SDN BHD' in Subang, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the highest quality standards across our manufacturing processes and operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
2. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with specifications and work instructions.
3. Review and approve inspection reports, test results, and quality documents.
4. Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
5. Lead internal audits and coordinate external audits.
6. Ensure proper control of non-conforming products and follow-up on corrective actions.
