About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Executive QAQC to join our team at CASTMAX (M) SDN BHD' in Subang, Selangor. In this full‑time role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the highest quality standards across our manufacturing processes and operations.

What you'll be doing

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with specifications and work instructions.
• Review and approve inspection reports, test results, and quality documents.
• Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Lead internal audits and coordinate external audits.
