Senior Executive, QC Inspector

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections and in-process checks on mechanical and electrical components of rollingstock systems.
• Verify compliance with engineering specifications, drawings, and job orders.
• Complete quality documentation such as inspection reports, test data sheets, and sign-off sheets.
• Ensure non-conformances are identified, documented, and reported promptly for corrective action.
• Perform incoming inspections for parts, consumables, and overhaul kits before release to the floor.
• Maintain proper documentation and traceability of inspected components.
• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to ensure quality checkpoints are effectively implemented.
• Support First Article Inspection (FAI) and Final Acceptance Testing (FAT) activities.
