Senior Executive, Quantity Surveyor

The objective of this position is to support the Quantity Surveyor in executing all related works, including managing site contract and procurement matters, handling progress claims to clients and subcontractors, and ensuring completion up to the final account.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly interim progress claims to the client.
• Prepare Interim Certificates of Payment for subcontractors.
• Conduct joint site measurements of work done with consultants and subcontractors.
• Perform quantity take-offs based on construction drawings.
• Monitor subcontractors on contractual and commercial matters.
• Prepare build-up rates for new work items.
• Prepare and monitor site cost and expenses.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure systematic filing of all project data and records.
• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with QA, SHE, and Risk Register requirements.
