Senior Executive- Research & Development

Role Purpose-

-Responsible to contribute in machine manufacturing, installation and commissioning of machines, implementation and improvement in industrial processes to bring efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability to maximize profitability under the guidance of Section Head/Head.

Roles & Responsibilities-

• Ensuring machine fabrication & development as per dwg & within timeline with lowest cost from supplier,
• Ensuring workshop testing, product development in coordination with process team,
• Installation of machine as per sign-off equipment/plant layout. Accuracy check sheet verification during machine installation,
• Commissioning of machine inline with PT/Production team,
• Updating machine feedback sheet observed during machine installation & sharing report,
• Closure of Keshikomi points of machine,
• To implement past machine feedbacks, MPI's in new design,
• To update project docu...
